Today’s reading does not seem directed at a single person,

This reading feels very specific. I hope that it finds the intended person. Know that transitions have to happen. They are usually easier on the one who is transitioning.than those around. Remember that they have gone to the next step.

Universal Curve Ball

I wrote 2 posts recently on how I perform my readings, and defining them. As with all my posts I plan them out beforehand and give them quite a bit of thought. This way I assure myself that they are rational and clear. So, of course, the Universe decides to throw a curve ball proving me wrong. So much for planning… 🙂

Let me back up just a bit. I wrote that my “Readings from Elsewhere” were whispers from the Universe and not always specific to any one person. And if they were aimed at a single person, it would only be a piece of the reading. If you’ve seen my last two videos you may have noticed that they were, indeed, quite specific and were probably applicable to a single person.

Of course how the readings are supposed to reach those people is beyond me. I just post them in numerous places and hope that they are guided to find the proper reading. Maybe that’s what the Guides want. Or maybe not.

I guess that’s what the point of this post is. Once you try to specifically define something metaphysical you may find that it may not be at all what you thought it was. It may be the seeker in me, but I  happen to find that concept intriguing. I’m always looking for answers, only to find more questions.

If you are choosing a spiritual path you should be prepared for this. And it’s one of the ways I define the difference between spirituality and religion. It’s also the reason that I think dogma is something to be avoided at all cost.

I would like to ask all who read this what their opinion is on the subject. If you do readings of any kind, do you find them to be more malleable than specific in nature? And do you think that flexibility, and being open to it, may be a big part of what drives you to your particular path?
