You can either do this in a small pouch (medicine bag) or a jar. If you use a jar, you may add a natural medium like olive oil.
Add a penny for self worth. Sugar, cinnamon, rosebuds and chamomile.
These words are to charge it:
Air, please give me the reason to see my self-worth.
Fire, please give me the drive to find my self-worth.
Water, please give me the love of self.
Earth, please give me the grounding needed to realize my self-worth.
